Sales Rep Description

We are seeking candidates with a strong work ethic with a background in sales, real estate and/or mortgage lending. Candidate must be willing to network, make outgoing sales calls, and build relationships with investors, realtors, and other real estate professionals. Many of our successful loan officers have previous experience as real estate agents, bankers, mortgage loan officer, and outside sales reps.

Sales Rep Responsibilities
  • Identify prospective customers through a combination of networking, sales initiatives, and lead follow up
  • Create relationships with prospects and customers to establish trust and encourage referral business
  • Conduct thorough follow up, outbound calls to interested consumers
  • Close loans and advise customers of next steps
  • Stay current on new products available for customers, completing ongoing education for licensing and compliance
Sales Rep Required Qualifications
  • Pre-existing book of business of real estate borrowers and brokers
  • Strong phone presence, listening and presentation skills
  • Must have previous experience working with hard money, private money or mortgages
  • Must have experience in the real estate, sales, mortgage lending or construction related field
